Long Poses

Long poses, focusing on bony and muscular landmarks in the body. All are white & black conte crayon on newsprint.

The proportions are way off in the torso, but I like some of the shading. 

My personal favorite of the bunch. 

The drawings of the male turned out quite angular... not quite sure why. Maybe i'm just more used to drawing the female body?

One final pose. Really, really angular but I think it works (the sharp linear cane helps). 

And that's it for now! It was my first experience with long poses but it was a lot of fun. I'm looking forward to more of these in the future.
